age of democratization of production

manifesto

Burnham Prize Competition was a speculative ideas competition. Inspired by Rem Koolhaas's The City of the Captive Globe, Mies van der Rohe's Skyscraper of Friedrichstrasse and Stanley Tigerman's the Titanic, the jury asked for the iconic image that defines of challenges the state of architecture today. Submission was a single image with an explanation of 300 words.

It is a foreshadowing of the future cities in relation with the present time. A world with the freedom to print anything by 3D printers is the future projection which inspired the idea for our submission.
